During the design of the warehouse hall it is possible to directly consider the delivery of palette racks or console racks. This optimizes the usability of the warehouse or the hall for storage and manipulation. This maximizes the future space of the warehouse. You can find further information about the racks in the sections of these pages for racks and rack systems.
Since 1998 our company has been producing and assembling steel halls and warehouse constructions. We are focused on halls with beam spans of 16 metres. Halls with the required greater width can be designed as multi-aisle constructions. We can produce halls according to client requirements. We can prepare a project for each hall or we can produce a steel construction in accordance with your project. We do not provide the lower hall structure, i.e. foundations and floor but we deliver to the construction company the source materials and the requirements necessary for our steel construction. The steel constructions are designed from rolled profiles which are dimensioned according to the static calculations. With the use of rolled sheet, the costs for steel constructions are significantly decreased. Construction parts are delivered to the construction site with the required surface treatment. The surface treatment is possible in colour paint or fire galvanized variant.
The load-bearing construction consists of columns which are anchored into the foundation strips, feet or the existing base (according to requirements for loading). The beams represent a welded frame construction inserted into the pylons. Full-wall roof trees are mounted to the joining beams. The columns of the construction will be equipped with shelling beams. All the construction joints are screwed joints; this construction enables further expansion of the hall, technical modification and easy dismantling. The steel construction is identical for both the heat-insulated or non heat-insulated variant of the hall.
We deliver assembled halls in not heat-insulated and heat-insulated variants. The shelling of non heat-insulated halls consists of rolled trapezoidal sheets. The colour variant of the trapezoidal sheets in the basic Alu-zinc variant ensures the service-life for a minimum period of 25 years. Trapezoidal sheets can be delivered in the variant according to requirements. The warranty for this variant is also 25 years. For the roof shell it is recommended to use trapezoidal sheets with an anti-condensing variant. This prevents the flow of evaporated water into drops and dropping on the stored goods. The heat-insulated shelling consists of sandwich panels. The thickness of the panel is selected according to the requirements for the thermal resistance of the future hall or the warehouse. The strength of the panels are from 40mm to 160mm. Commonly used panels have a thickness of 60 and 80mm. Thicker panels are mainly recommended for cooling boxes and for cooling purposes. The thinnest panels with the thickness of 40 mm are mainly recommended for tempered warehouses where there is no requirement for thermal differences. The wall panels are delivered in the variant with a hidden or visible screw joint. The wall panels are mounted in a vertical or horizontal position. The roof panels are similar to wall panels; moreover, they are equipped with trapezoidal profiles for an increase of the load-bearing capacity of the panel. Thermal-insulating panels are produced in the variant with fireproof properties. The basic variant of the panels (thickness 60 - 100mm) has a fire evaluation of EW 15 DP3 / EI 15 DP3. There are no polystyrene cores in our thermal insulating panels
