Storage of bar or long goods

Do you need to store bar or long goods? The system of console racks is just right for you. Console racks are produced up to the height of 5,000mm. The length of the arm can be up to 2.000mm. The number of floors is according to the storage demands. The floors can be firm, sloped or height adjustable by 100 mm. The ends of the arms can be equipped with a stop against the spreading of stored material. The console rack consists of a rack frame consisting of a welded piece in the form of an "L" or "T" according to the type of console rack. The console rack is either one-sided or double-sided. In addition, the console rack consists of frames (consoles) which are linked to the frame either by a bolt joint or they are firm part of the shelf frame. To achieve a firm connection of the rack, rack frames are joined by bracing. The shelf frame is anchored to the floor of the warehouse.

Types and construction of console racks:

  • The basic construction of the console rack is single-sided. Assembly is performed from one side of the rack only
  • Further construction of the rack is with the double-sided assembly option
  • The arms of the console rack are available in the following variants:
    • Firm plain – basic construction
    • Firm sloped – recommended for the storage of tubes
    • Adjustable plain
    • Adjustable slope
    • The adjustability of the arms can be from 100mm
    • The arms can be equipped at the ends with stops or holes for the assembly of barriers
  • The console rack frame consists of a profile weldment and is anchored to the floor of the warehouse
  • The height of the rack is from 1.000mm to 5.000mm
  • The length of the arm is from 400mm to 2,000mm
  • The foot of the rack is longer by 200mm than the length of the arm
  • The rack floor can be completed with grids, boards, etc., which expands the options for the use of the console rack.
  • The arm of the rack can be completed by barriers against the dispersing of the material
