Our company has been producing palette racks since 1998. The basic system of palette racks consists of eight types of rolled profiles. These profiles are derived from our design and are our basic product. The profiles and racks were successfully tested in SZÚ, Jablonec nad Nisou. Concerning racks we were awarded the certificate for the testing of equipment. Since the commencement of production of the first palette shelves we have expanded our range of satisfied clients. We are of interest not only because of the price, which is directly derived from the production costs of the racks, but also other advantages, such as the assembly and transport of racks to the client free of charge. We can offer these advantages compared with the competition due to the fact that we are the producers of the racks and want to deliver to our clients the perfect product. We provide for our racks a warranty for the quality of the processing and load-bearing capacity within the length of ten years from handing-over the racks for use.

Palette racks – Parts of the set:

The basic module of the palette rack consists of two rack frames (in the picture in blue) and beams (in the picture in orange). The rack system consists of two stands from a perforated rolled profile which are linked by cross pieces made of rolled profiles in the horizontal and sloped position. The quantity of the cross pieces depends on the height of the rack frame. The horizontal cross pieces have a span of 1,000mm. At the end of each stand there is a foot with a foot sheet for anchoring the rack frame to the floor from the warehouse. The bolted joints of the rack frame use structure bolts.
The additional module is the same as the basic module; it consists of one rack frame because the beams of the additional module are assembled into the basic module. This will save one rack frame per each additional module and, moreover, create rack rows which are more solid.

Palette racks – Further expansion options:

• Cross units – used for fixation when assembling palettes. These are recommended for palettes with loading of more than 500Kg, or palettes with unproportional loading
• Protective elements – anti-movement feet are used in busy operating units to ensure the security of the palette racks against damage from manipulation technology. The protective elements can be centrically used in front of each stand, or side ones which protect the whole depth of the palette rack and are used at the beginning and end of the rack row.
• Boards for the floor – to increase the possibility of the use of palette racks it is possible to equip the rack floor with a DTD board with a thickness of 18mm. This solution is recommended for untypical palettes and for heavy minor goods.

Palette racks – Dimensions:

• Height of rack:
  • From 1,000mm to 12,000mm with a span of 50mm
• Depth of rack:
  • For palettes stored by length (1,200mm) the depth of the rack frame is 1,050mm, the warehouse depth is calculated according to the length of the palette 1,200mm
  • In the case of the requirement for other dimensions, the depth of the palette rack is possible from 300mm to 6.000mm (this depth is suitable for the storage of carpets in rolls).
• Length of rack:
  • For the storage of 3x palettes one by one (standard arrangement of the palette rack) the length of the beam (floor) is 2,700mm. The length of the basic module is 2,900mm. The length of the additional basic module is 2,800mm.
  • For the storage of 2 palettes one by one, the length of the beam (floor) is 1,800mm. This arrangement is recommended for heavy palettes where their load-bearing capacity does not suit the permitted loading for beams when storing 3 palettes on the floor. The length of the basic module is 2,000mm. The length of the additional basic module is 1,900mm.
  • For the storage of 1 palette one by one, the length of the beam (floor) is 1,000mm. The length of the basic module is 1,200mm. The length of the additional basic module is 1,100mm.
  • We can produce the length of the rack directly according to the requirements and demands of the future warehouse. The length of the beam can be from 500mm to 4.000mm
