Palette, shelving and console racks

Palette racks are usually used to store goods on palettes one above the other. The rack floor can be occupied by 1-4 palettes. This depends on the weight of the palette and goods placed on it. The height of the palette column is according to the manipulation technology which you use or intend to use. We produce racks which can be up to 12 m high. For the increase of the range of use of the palette rack, the rack can be equipped with cross pieces for support of the palette. The rack floor can be equipped with OSB boards or grids to store minor goods or goods which are not on palettes. The use of the palette rack and the scope of the combination to increase the efficiency of the storage are very wide ranging and it only depends on your requirements; the palette racks is adapted for you.

Shelf racks help you to establish warehouse spaces in areas where you would not expect it. Similarly as palette racks, they provide the option for height-adjustment by 50 mm. The offer of shelf racks is variable in terms of dimensions, exactly according to the requirements and wishes of the client. The depth and the height of the rack, as well as the length of the shelves can be adapted to the possibilities and dimensions of the future warehouse.

The console rack system is the ideal solution for the storage of various materials, particularly those with longer dimensions. It is recommended for the storage of bar material, tubes, wood, metal sheets, etc. Its advantage is the ability to meet the length of the respective material which cannot be stored in other rack types while keeping the high load-bearing storage floors. In the storage floor variant, with chipboard or glued wood and longitudinal beams, a fully universal system is created for the storage of material placed on Euro-palettes or untypical palettes or bulk material with various lengths and weights. This concerns a well-established rack system with very simple assembly.
